Do you do airport pick-ups?
Yes! Provide us with your flight details, telephone us on your arrival and we promise to pick you up within 5 minutes.

Are pick-ups free of charge?
Yes, between the hours of 0730 and 2230. After 2230 there is a late night pick up fee of NZ$40-00.

What about early flight departures?
We can arrange for the vehicle to be parked in a designated area of the airport car park free of charge. Receipts will be posted to you.

What are your hire terms?
The minimum charge is 1 day, part days are 20% per hour or part thereof - i.e. after 4 hours another full day is charged.

Do I pay a bond?
Yes, we hold the appropriate liability as a bond, preferably by a credit card pre authorisation, which is fully refundable provided the vehicle is returned undamaged and full of petrol.

What if I break down?
You can have minor repairs completed up to $100.00 without notifying us and we will reimburse you for the receipts in full on your return. If it is a major breakdown you can contact us 24 hours a day on (03) 359 5123. Repairs will be arranged and authorised or a replacement vehicle will be organised as soon as possible.
