The following conditions apply to all vehicle hires:
Driver Qualifications
All drivers must be 18 years of age or over, with a current valid full drivers licence. This may be your own licence provided that it is recognised internationally and is written in English otherwise a certified translation of your own licence or an International Driving Permit is required.
Vehicle Type
We will always do our best to provide you with your preferred car, though we do reserve the right to substitute for another similar vehicle of equivalent or better specification.

After Hours Service
We provide a 24 hour a day telephone support service.
Minimum Hire Duration
The minimum length of hire for unlimited kilometres is three (3) days. One and two day rentals include 100 free kilometres per day (200 free kilometres for minibuses).
Inter Island Hires
Clients are able to take their rental vehicle between the North and South islands. The cost of ferry passage for the vehicle and passengers is borne by the client.
Accessories
Baby and booster seats are available for all hires. In winter, ski racks and snow chains are also available. A limited number of GPS systems are also available. Please see here for current rates.
